Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have the oil in my vehicle changed?
It's generally recommended to change your vehicle's oil every 5,000 to 7,500 miles, depending on your driving habits and the type of oil used. However, it's best to consult your owner's manual or ask one of our service advisors for specific recommendations for your vehicle. When it comes to all maintenance, every vehicle is a bit different, so taking the time to understand your vehicle is critical.
Does my vehicle need brake service?
If you notice any squealing, grinding, or vibrating when braking, or if your brake pedal feels spongy or hard to press, it's time for brake service. We recommend having your brakes inspected at least once a year to ensure they are in good working order.
How do I know my battery needs changing?
Some signs that your battery may need to be replaced include a slow engine crank, swelling or bloating of the battery case, battery leak, or a check engine light. If your battery is more than three years old, it's a good idea to have it tested to see if it needs to be replaced.
Why is it important to rotate my tires?
Rotating your tires regularly helps them wear evenly, which can extend their lifespan and improve your vehicle's handling and fuel efficiency. Uneven tire wear can also cause vibrations and make your vehicle pull to one side. We recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 to 8,000 miles.
